Order process

  1. Place the desired quantity in the shopping cart.
  2. Complete the order using the desired payment method.
    Note:When paying in advance or by instant bank transfer, the print will only be commissioned after receipt of payment.  
  3. Download the InDesign graphic template incl. instructions via the download button.
  4. Design the template as desired.
    Note: When creating the print template, please be generally careful with regard to possible trademark and/or other property rights of third parties. For example: Manner font, Manner slogan, etc. - we assume no liability for a possible infringement of such rights. We also do not check for typing errors.
  5. Send the print template by e-mail as a PDF file to team@shop.manner.com
    Note:Please quote the order number to enable easy allocation.
  6. The delivery time after print approval is 10 to 20 working days within Austria and 12 to 22 working days to Germany, depending on the quantity. As soon as your order is on its way to you, you will receive shipping information by e-mail, including an invoice as an attached PDF file.
  7. Invoice as a PDF file attached.
